Daminica McPhillips, NP-BC
Daminca Mc Phillips is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Daminica received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Florida. She then earner her Master of Science in Nursing at Barry University. Daminica has over twenty year’s experience as a Nurse Practitioner working with diverse care teams and patients.
Daminica grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with much of her career thus far, being spent taking care of patients in Florida. Daminica is married to Patrick Mc Phillips, the Executive Director for Reach. Together they have three teenage children and enjoy spending as much time as possible with them. Recently relocating from France, they are settling into the Charlotte area, getting their children acclimated to school and sports, as well as taking care of a new dog.
Knowing firsthand how much happiness her own children bring to her and her husband, Daminica is eager to help others start their own family. She knows that Reach provides their patients every opportunity to make that happen; that is why she is so excited to be a part of the Reach team.
